MY MISSION

At Wild Dog Fitness, my mission is to glorify God through fitness by helping women in every season of life grow in strength. Inspired by the African Wild Dog that is small but relentless they run for miles on end to catch their prey. My vision is to inspire women to be steadfast and vigilant in showing up and stewarding their bodies. Physical  training is powerful and an amazing tool to train both our bodies and minds to overcome hardship. I want to show you that no matter what season of life your in fitness is something worth pursuing.

This is for those who just need a plan. You have a good understanding of how to exercise and lift properly but need the framework to build strength and structure to keep you from plateauing.   

With this you have two options: a customized plan delivered via PDF or app access with accountability.
