Personal Training
For the ones that want 1:1 coaching and individualized programming tailored to their needs, lifestyle and goals. Whether you're coming back into working out after an injury, giving birth or have never had a routine of training, I am here for you. I firmly believe every woman should feel confident in their bodies because it is the home we live in and out of it is how we care for everyone else! Let me walk this journey with you friend.
1. Free Consultation
This is a place to discuss what you want to get out of personal training and discuss any limitations/barriers you may have. At this consultation I will measure your baseline of strength and fitness so that I can assess where you're starting at and be able to program accordingly.
3. Tailored Program
A tailored program will be sent to you via an app that has video demonstrations and instructions for each exercise. In this app there will be ways to measure your progress, log all your activity, sync your MyFitnessPal to log your food (completely optional). Your program will be built off of you and your goals and will be frequently reassessed to ensure your progress.
5. Assessment Weeks
Assessment Weeks will be every 4 weeks in which I will have you perform the few movements and exercises on day one to measure your progress.
2. Onboarding Process
If you feel we are a good fit for each other, then we will proceed and take the next step of getting you started in pursuing your goals! I will email you a welcome packet with everything you need to know for your program as well as instructions on how to download the app that we will be using.
4. Accountability
Weekly Check-ins at the end of every week to gather your feedback about what's working, address potential barriers, answer any questions and to offer general accountability and encouragement.
6. Next Steps
Once you've reached the weeks you initially signed up it is up to you to decide the path you'd like to go on next. If you feel as though there are more goals you'd like to reach with the assistance I've provided, you can sign up for additional weeks of training together. On the other hand, if you've reached your goals at this point and are feeling confident in your ability to continue on your own, I can provide you with a PDF of your workout program, for an affordable cost, so you can keep crushing it.
Packages
1
Beginner Package
For those who need more hands-on support as they start from square one. Geared toward the beginners by offering up to 2 weekly sessions for 8 weeks. Also included is 1-2 additional workouts for you to do on your own (frequency depends on your goals).
Package starts at $650
If you need additional sessions per week, prices increase.

Advanced Package
This package allows you to see the most gains and progress as we work together for 12 weeks. This package includes 1 training session per week + 2-4 programmed workouts for you to do independently. Your training phases will vary from initially building a solid foundation to then increasing intensity.
Package starts at $600, billed monthly at $200. If you need additional sessions per week price increases.
