JOIN THE WILD DOG PACK 

Join the Wild Dog Pack to be part of a community that holds each other accountable so you don't have to keep starting over every Monday. With the structure and support you need, you'll be able to finally stick to a workout routine while enjoying the process! 

Structured Workouts 

Full body workouts that are updated weekly to ensure you continually make progress. Each workout is typically 30-40 minutes long, with 3-4 workouts a week. Perfect for the busy mom managing the home or the full time worker trying to squeeze in a workout at the end of the day. 

Weekly Devotionals

Bring God into your fitness and find how much more fulfilling it can be. He is the one who designed our bodies and made us to steward them well! He gives us the strength to be consistent and the ability to keep showing up.  Each week I send out a simple devotional and verse to encourage members to meditate on throughout the week. 

Community + Accountability 

Join a community of women doing the same workouts every week! You'll be invited to our private Facebook Group and in app messaging to hear how others are fitting in their workouts into their busy lives. I also send a weekly check-in to hear from you and how you're managing everything! 

Video Demonstrations

Each exercise has a video demonstration provided to ensure proper form and to review the exercise. 

Monthly Challenges 

Each month has a different challenge to keep everyone on their toes! From getting in daily walks to eating protein first thing in the morning, each month is something different and is a fun way to keep fitness fun. The winner is announced at the end of each month for a unique prize. 

Habit Streaks

Let the momentum build as you check off your daily habits like getting the workout in, or going for a walk, reading the Bible or eating protein in the morning. Keep track of your progress to keep you on track!

Using the Wild Dog Fitness App has been helpful in jump starting my workout routine! I love being able to track my progress! Rachel has provided great circuit training workouts that I can easily follow along with and adjust if needed. She also is actively checking in and motivating myself and the other participants to meet our goals!

Just finished my first week with Rachel, and I'm feeling great! I'm 5 months postpartum and I'm finding the workouts are challenging but not leaving me totally exhausted. I love that the intensity can be scaled depending on how much we lift. The app is super easy to use and has a place to record your weight/reps to keep track of progress. Her video instructions are super helpful, and I can message her in the app anytime with questions I have! It's made my workouts so much easier! I'm loving it!

It's truly been so rewarding to be in this group of women. Each day Rachel has preset either a workout or cardio goal for the day as well as other goals like getting in the Bible and get our steps in. It's so simple to follow along what she has planned and check things off or add different activities if I do something outside of the "plan". On days when I don't exactly feel like doing something, I'm motivated and encouraged by seeing all the things everyone else is doing. If you're on the fence about joining a group, know that it's so worth it and so simple. This group and these workouts have been perfect for me even on days when I'm busy. I'm so happy to be a part of this community and under Rachel's guidance.
