Free Consultation

I will meet via video call to review your goals, expectations, available equipment and time you have to train. I will use all these components to design your tailored program.

Program Delivery 

You will receive your custom program within 1-2 weeks from your consultation and payment. Your program will be delivered via PDF and is nonrefundable. If you have any questions or feedback regarding your program, please feel free to email me!

Moving Forward

If you feel as though you need additional support or guidance, you can sign up for al la carte personal training sessions to review form, answer questions and provide feedback.

When you need accountability but don't need the 1:1 training 

Weekly Check-Ins 

Accountability is such a valuable tool that simply knowing someone will follow up with you in your goals gives you the push you didn't know you needed. Join me for weekly check-ins via video call to review your custom program, how your executing it and what is and isn't working. Think of this as pure lifestyle coaching. 

App Access 

You'll have access to my app where your customized program will be. You'll log all your workouts in the app where there's video demonstrations, notes specific to your program and have access to the community forum. 

Reassessment 

I will frequently reassess your program based off of how you're progressing, seasons of life, plateauing, etc. As you get stronger or your goals change I will update your program accordingly. This is a monthly subscription and good for those who want to work together for the long haul.

"5 stars for this plan! I am a mom of 2 little toddlers, work part time, and generally have limited time to exercise. I was looking for something easy to follow, requiring little equipment and space + an effective workout completed in 30 min or less.
